Can a product be returned?

By calling our customer service, a customer can cancel an order at any time before it is shipped. It is not possible to cancel an order once it has left our facility. At our sole discretion, we may cancel such orders with or without notifying the customer in case we suspect that any customer has engaged in fraudulent activity or that any transaction violates the terms and conditions of using the website. All fraudulent transactions and customers will be kept on a negative list, and we will either refuse them access or cancel any orders they have placed.

What can I return?

We are dealing with Ayurvedic products which are why our company follows a no-return policy. But if there is a damaged product, please get in touch with customer service at care@drdassansayurveda.com or call us at +91-7355793557. This will only be applicable within 10 days of delivery.

What do I do if a package arrives damaged?

All packages are insured but if damage occurs, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receiving the previous shipment. You can send the image of the damaged product to wecare@drdassansayurveda.com. Keep in mind that only products which are unused will be returned due to some hygiene concerns. Once you document the damage with the carrier, contact our customer service number at +91-7355793557 anytime from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and we’ll process your claim.

When can I return a product?

When will I get the return?

When an order is canceled, the refund usually appears in your bank account 7 to 10 days later. Please be aware that some banks may require more time than this before the money appears in your account. Once your return is received and has been inspected, if you are returning a damaged item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your package. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. Within a predetermined 7–10 days of receiving your approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What if I don’t receive a refund in 7-10 days?

Check your bank account once more first if you haven’t received a refund yet. Contact your bank next. Before a refund is posted, there is frequently a processing period.
